When you create a HenBase account and use the app, we collect:

• Account Information: Full name, email address, password (encrypted), and profile details
• Farm & Organizational Data: Farms, houses, pens, and flock information you enter
• Production Records: Egg collection, feed usage, mortality, health, vaccination, and weight records
• Financial Records: Sales, expenses, inventory, customer, and vendor data
• Worker Records: Worker profiles, attendance, payroll, and advance records
• Notes & Tasks: Farm notes, reminders, to-do items, and task records
• Photos & Attachments: Any images or files you upload to farm notes or records
• App Settings: Your preferences including currency, units, date format, and notification settings
• Support Communications: Messages or tickets you submit to HenBase Support

3Farm & Poultry Records

HenBase stores all farm and production records you enter, including but not limited to:

• Farm locations and house/pen details
• Flock information, bird counts, and breed records
• Daily and historical egg production records
• Feed usage logs, feed purchase records, and feed schedules
• Bird mortality records and cause analysis
• Health records, symptoms, and treatments
• Vaccination schedules and administration records
• Bird weight and growth records
• Sales records, customer information, and payment status
• Expense records, vendor details, and payment tracking
• Inventory records and stock levels
• Worker attendance, payroll, and advance records
• Farm notes, photos, tasks, and reminders

These records are stored in your account and are used solely to provide HenBase app functionality, generate reports, and support your farm management.

8Your Control & Rights

• Export your farm records and reports from within the app
• Update or correct your account information in Settings
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Contact HenBase Support with privacy questions or concerns

9Account Deletion

You can request to delete your account and associated farm records at any time. Visit our Account Deletion page or go to Settings → Data & Export → Request Account Deletion inside the app. Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. Some records may be retained for legal, fraud prevention, backup, or operational reasons as permitted by law.

10Children's Privacy

HenBase is designed for adults managing poultry farm operations. It is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

11Changes to This Policy

HenBase may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. For significant changes, we may notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of HenBase after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
