5Data Storage
HenBase uses secure cloud database and authentication services. Some settings or temporary information may be stored locally on the user's device.
Cloud records are synchronized between authorized HenBase app and web sessions. Users are responsible for protecting devices and credentials, and should retain separate copies of business-critical records where appropriate.
Records are not only stored locally — cloud storage and synchronization are core to how HenBase works.
7Security
HenBase uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards to protect information. However, no internet or digital storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
- Use strong passwords
- Do not share credentials
- Log out of shared devices
- Report suspected unauthorized access to HenBase support
8Data Retention
Active account data is generally retained while the account remains active.
Records may remain until deleted by the user or through an approved account deletion request.
Temporary backups may take additional time to expire.
Limited information may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.
Retained information should not be used for unrelated purposes.
HenBase does not promise immediate deletion if backups or administrative processing require additional time.

10Children's Privacy
HenBase is intended for poultry farm owners, managers, workers, and other people managing farm operations. HenBase is not designed for children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information should contact support.

You can initiate account deletion from within the HenBase app, or submit a request through the Account Deletion page.

- Account deletion includes associated user-controlled data unless retention is legally or operationally required
- Temporary deactivation is not presented as permanent deletion
- Users will receive confirmation that the request was received
- HenBase will communicate the expected processing timeframe
- Users may be asked to verify ownership using the account email
12International Users
HenBase may be accessed from different countries, and data may be processed where HenBase technology providers operate. Users are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable local requirements. Privacy rights may vary by location.
13Policy Updates
This policy may be updated as services, features, technology, or legal requirements change. The Last Updated date will be displayed. Material updates may be communicated through the app or website. Continued use after an effective update may be subject to the updated policy.
