Delete Your HenBase Account
Request permanent deletion of your HenBase account and associated account data. Review the information below before submitting your request.
Important Before You Delete
Deleting a HenBase account is permanent. Your account profile and associated farm records may no longer be recoverable after deletion is completed.
Save or export any important poultry farm, financial, payroll, customer, vendor, worker, or reporting information before submitting the request.
Deleting a HenBase account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Store subscriptions must be cancelled through the store where they were purchased.
What May Be Deleted
Account Profile
Your HenBase account profile, authentication access, account settings, and profile information may be removed or disabled.
Farm and Poultry Records
This may include:
- Farms
- Farm locations
- Houses and pens
- Flocks
- Bird counts
- Egg production
- Feed records
- Mortality
- Health records
- Vaccination records
- Inventory
- Tasks
- Farm notes
- Attachments
Business and Financial Records
This may include:
- Sales
- Customers
- Customer purchases
- Customer balances
- Vendors
- Expenses
- Worker records
- Attendance
- Payroll
- Deductions
- Payments
- Reports
Support and Administrative Records
Support requests, deletion-request records, fraud-prevention information, security logs, and limited administrative records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.
Retention & Limitations
- Some temporary backup copies may remain until normal backup-expiration processes are completed.
- Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, tax or accounting obligations, or enforcement.
- Retained data must not be used for unrelated purposes.
- Users should export or save important records before submitting the deletion request.
- After deletion is completed, recovery of the account or deleted records may not be possible.
- A deletion request does not automatically cancel an Apple or Google subscription.
- Users may be asked to verify account ownership before deletion is processed.

Subscription Notice
Deleting your HenBase account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.
Apple subscriptions must be managed through your Apple ID subscription settings. Google Play subscriptions must be managed through Google Play subscription settings.

Deletion requests contain account information needed to locate and verify the HenBase account. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
